These terms govern your use of InvestGuru ("we", "us"), operated by [legal entity name], [address]. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

InvestGuru publishes educational content, model portfolios, and company research. Our disclaimer is part of these terms. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

3. Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Fair use

Members may request a limited number of reports each month. Requested reports join the shared library and may be read by all members. Don't scrape the service, share your account, or redistribute reports. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.

5. Content ownership

We own the reports, model portfolios, and lessons, and grant you a personal, non-transferable license to read them while your account is active.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [support email].

9. Governing law
